Renee Carroll
Owner & Artistic Director

Renee Carroll, Owner and Artistic Director of Beyond Dance of Lynnfield has many years of dance experience. Her resume consists of Dancer, Performer, Fitness Instructor and Choreographer. Renee started her dance studies at Susan Woods Dance Studio of Stoneham, MA, before moving to Company Performer for Jeannette Neill’s Dance Studio (Boston Youth Moves) where she continued her studies in Ballet, Pointe, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Tap, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Repertory and Voice. Renee also attended Boston Conservatory Summer Intensive programs where she danced with faculty members and distinguished alumni.

Renee continued her dance education receiving her BFA in Dance from Arizona State University, Herberger School of Fine Arts. Following college, Renee lived in New York City and attended Peridance and Broadway Dance Centers, Steps on Broadway and many programs at Alvin Alley.

After NYC, Renee became a performer at Disneyland in California.  Renee danced professionally for Disney for 4 years before moving back to Boston in 2016; where she joined the dance teaching staff at The Movement Center of Acton before launching Beyond Dance of Lynnfield.  Renee has been recognized for her choreography at many regional and national level competitions.  Renee is also a Barre Instructor at Lifetime Fitness in Danvers, MA.

Renee began dancing at age 4 and continues to share her love and passion for dance with others through class participation and teaching. Renee and her husband David live locally in Lynnfield and when Renee isn’t teaching or dancing; she spends as much time as possible with her two daughters; Capri and Via.

Rebecca Corsetti
Owner & Artistic Director

Rebecca Corsetti (Beka), Owner and Artistic Director of Beyond Dance of Lynnfield and has spent almost her entire life inside a studio; devoting her time to dance, with over 26 years of training and 10+ years of teaching experience.

Rebecca grew up dancing in Western, MA where her training began at a very young age. She began dancing at 18 months old in a Mommy & Me class, and soon after became a competitive dancer; training in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Acrobatics and Hip Hop. It was during her years as a competitive dancer, Rebecca also began assistant teaching and found her love of sharing her passion for dance with others. Rebecca has always felt that inspiring young dancers to find their own passion for dance is one of the greatest rewards of teaching.

After her many years of dance training and performing, Rebecca went on to gain her BFA in Dance from Pace University where she studied with many renowned teachers and choreographers such as Rhonda Miller, Scott Jovovich, Kat Wildish, Ginger Cox, Andy Blankenbuehler, Donna Drake and Jessica Hendricks. Upon graduating, Rebecca was able to take her teaching career further working for multiple dance studios in the greater Boston area. Most recently, Rebecca was on the teaching staff of The Movement Center of Acton and Momentum Dance Studio of Wellesley. Rebecca has also won many awards for her choreography at dance competitions such as StarQuest, Diva Dance, Groove, DanceXplosion and Leap.

Rebecca believes that growing a love for dance starts with creating a safe and fun environment for all of her students, to push them beyond what they thought they were capable of and to help instill a confidence that anything is possible.

Erinn Johnson | Dance Instructor

Erinn Johnson joins Beyond Dance of Lynnfield as Dance Instructor. She has an extensive background in dance from a young age through college!
She danced competitively from 2004 to 2018 at Dance
Enthusiasm in Salem, Massachusetts. She earned All American Honors at NDA (National Dance Alliance) in 2017 and later competed at Merrimack College, where her team secured 2nd place in a D2 lyrical division four years in a row! Erinn also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Merrimack College.
Erinn not only danced through the years but also started teaching ballet and jazz at age 14 and has experience in many various dance styles, including jazz, lyrical, modern, and company. Lyrical is not only her favorite to teach but also to learn.
Erinn resides in Billerica, MA and holds a position at Deloitte and Touche; a top accounting and business management firm in Boston, MA.

Anna Cipriani | Dance Instructor

Anna Cipriani fell in love with dance at just three years old and has been chasing her passion ever since. Growing up as a competitive dancer at a local dance studio, she trained in a wide variety of styles and traveled up and down the East Coast competing at both regional and national levels. 

Anna continues her dance education at Stonehill College, earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance with a focus in technique, production, theory, and composition. While at Stonehill, she was a two-time Team Dance Finalist at the National Dance Alliance (NDA) Collegiate Competition, a dancer and choreographer for the StoneWorks Dance Company, and an instructor for the Dance Outreach Program. 

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Anna is a proud member of the Dance Masters of New England Chapter 5 and the Dance Teachers Club of Boston, and is certified through Acrobatic Arts. She regularly attends workshops, classes, and conferences to stay on the cutting edge of training and technique – bringing fresh, high-quality instruction to every class she teaches. 

Kaleigh Burns | Dance Instructor

Kaleigh grew up in Everett MA where she began her dance training at the age of two years old at her home studio Paula Terenzi’s Dance Complex. In 2017, Kaleigh graduated from the Dance Teachers Training course from the Dance Teachers Club of Boston. In 2019, she got the opportunity to train at the University of Buffalo along with Dance Masters of America, the Student Honors Intensive Program.

Kaleigh graduated with a BA in Dance at Dean College. Kaleigh trained in all different styles of dance from the basics of ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, improvisation, modern and dance pedagogy. While at Dean, Kaleigh was President of the Pom Team where they competed at UDA New
England and performed at many events on campus.

Kaleigh currently resides in Danvers MA. Kaleigh is also a dance instructor at the Boston Ballet School and Mini Movers Dance Studio. Not only does Kaleigh have a passion for teaching, but also performing as she is a dancer for the NBA G-league Maine Celtics for the 2025-26 season. Her goal is to become a role model, a motivator and create a fun space for her students.

Fiona O’Donnell | Dance Instructor

Fiona O’Donnell is thrilled to join Beyond Dance of Lynnfield as a
Dance Instructor!

She began dancing at age three and has 19 years of experience in all
styles. From ages 12-17, she competed with Darcy’s Dance Academy,
earning numerous regional and national awards alongside her team. She
also earned the title Miss Platinum Senior Teen at Platinum Performing
Arts Competition in 2021. Fiona has also been involved in theater
since the age of 8, and worked at Broken Leg Productions as the youth
program choreographer.

Fiona recently graduated from Pace University in New York City with a
B.A. in Communications and Media Studies. At Pace, she was a member of
The Collective Dance Club and performed in two annual showcases.

Currently, she is an instructor at DivaDance Boston, teaching dance
classes for adults focused on building confidence, community, and
having fun.
